Black Zinc Coating
At the end of the processing cycle, passivation stabilises and protects the zinc from the action of corrosive agents. Depending on the desired finish, the treated pieces can acquire different colours: white/blue, yellow/tropical, or black.

Where a dark colouration is required, in addition to corrosion protection, it is necessary to use a black trivalent chromium passivation
that provides the desired colour. In our facilities, we use a black passivation that is free from hexavalent chromium, ensuring safety and low environmental impact.
For the black colouration, along with passivation, sealing (a protective inorganic product) is also recommended to enhance the treatment's resistance.
